Introduction

Autostar Group Spa is Mercedes-Benz, Smart, BMW, Mini e Jeep dealer.

Objective

The Company decided to increase the digital channel to intensify their own visibility, produce leads and increase the sales.

What we did

The lead generation activity is supported and integrated by a “smart desk” that receives the quotation request and general information. A prompt feedback and a real-time check of order  allowed  to evaluate the productivity and the quality of the offered service.

Results

The constant activity monitoring allowed to draw attention on the main channel of lead generation and also to have countable comparison with the digital area (web site, DEM,social network..)
