On October 07th 2014, Assoservizi, a service enterprise of Assolombarda, organized a workshop entitled “Innovating to compete: the CRM role as a tool to increase sales.” Veneto Ricerche, as AISM (Marketing Italian Association) associated and a partner of Assoservizi, presented a “made in Italy” enterprise case history.
The workshop was sold out since registration started. The CRM was portrayed as an innovative tool key to compete in the market. Moreover, a case in which the development and implementation of a CRM project has allowed economic and strategic results was presented.
The interesting interaction between the speakers Ms Giulia Zaia and Ms Chiara Brizzolari and the participants confirmed the quality of the initiative as a powerful knowledge sharing opportunity, to be replicated in the future.
